Find a stem cell clinic.
New to stem cell therapy?
Start here.
Stem cell therapy is the name clinics use for injecting living cells, or products made from them, into a joint, the skin or the bloodstream. The cells usually come from your own fat or bone marrow, or from donated umbilical cord tissue. The aim is to calm inflammation and help damaged tissue repair.
Hospitals use stem cell transplants for blood cancers and a small number of other approved treatments. Most of what private clinics sell, for knees, backs, hair or ageing skin, is unapproved, paid for out of pocket and often done abroad. This site helps you compare those clinics: what they treat, what they charge, and what they will show you about their cells.
