Privacy policy.

What we collect when you ask for a quote, who we share it with, and your rights.

Who we are

StemFinder is operated by Searchhouse, which is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, email, phone number if you give it, the condition and treatment you are asking about, where and when you would like treatment, and anything you write in the message box. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email and message.

We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, such as which pages they visit and whether they send a quote request. Its cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, Google Analytics receives only basic, cookieless signals. We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. Change your cookie choice.

Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site, and our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Why, and who we share it with

We send your quote request, including your health condition, to the clinic you chose, or to clinics that treat it if you did not choose one, so they can contact you. We do this only with your consent, which you give on the form, and that consent is the legal basis we rely on. We use contact form messages only to reply to you.

Clinics are in Malaysia, Mexico, Panama, Colombia and Thailand, so your request is sent outside your own country. Once a clinic has your details, its own privacy policy applies to how it uses them.

Our site and forms are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions for us, and Google and Ahrefs provide our analytics. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and contact requests for up to two years after your last message to us, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops us passing your request on, but cannot recall details a clinic already has; contact the clinic directly for those. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
